There should be no issues applying Tenacity around the same time as a feritlizer or reseeding. When reseeding the Tenacity product label suggests apply seed at the time of application or as close to it as you can. Check the product label for the fertilizer you are using to make sure it doesn't state that it cannot be used with herbicides.
