Chapin Wet / Dry Hose-end Sprayer (G6015) will not disperse a 1:1 ratio, it is only designed to disperse a certain amount of product per gallon of water based on the setting choosen. Per the label, Chapin Wet / Dry Hose-end Sprayer (G6015) should have a setting that says "1OZ / 2 TBS / 6 TSP per gallon" to expel 1 oz per gallon
