It does not work for Texas heat, if you are in the budget, this item is not budget friendly, I did according how to, I did half of my yard, I looked at The bottle, I have 1/3 left, by the time I finish front and back, it will cost me Couple of $100 . It is good for country or city with temp 88 not above 103. I did not see one single green grass, Also for us with restriction using water Thursday and sun, It will not work. With this item at least you have to water Every other day, good soaking to get result. Cities that water daily, yes it may work. So conclusion it does not work for tx, unless you break the city rules And pay $100's penalty to water daily. Sorry not for Austin
