This medication must be given after a fatty meal in order to be properly absorbed into the body and to maximize its effect.
Dose for small to medium dogs:
Dogs weighing between 2 to 25 lbs: give 1 red capsule monthly whole, or opened and powder mixed with wet food.
A fatty meal is WET FOOD or DRY FOOD added to it a teaspoon of Olive or any cooking oil.
This medication have to be given after A FULL FATTY MEAL or it will not work, wet food is OK and adding a teaspoon of olive or cooking oil to it make is 10 times better.

Tried topical and other oral OTC for flea treatment, and none of them work. This is the only capsules that worked for my 5 dogs. Mixed it with wet food, and the next day, I noticed they stopped scratching and biting. The good thing about this is you don't need a vet prescription. Its just as good as the prescription flea treatment!

No, the 2 In 1 Monthly Oral Flea Control Capsules for Small and Medium Dogs is to only be given once a month for flea control.
If the source of fleas is not taken care of, fleas will re infest your dog before the month is over since Lufenuron does not kill adult fleas and needs time to control the flea population, in this case you will need to give your dog Nitenpyram (Capstar) only capsules between the monthly doses to help kill new adult fleas
