Certainty Herbicide like most other herbicides should not be applied in hose end applicatiors. This type of sprayer sometimes is not very accurate, so you can wind up dispensing more/less product than needed in a given area, which can lead to less than desirable results. 3 - 5 small scoops or 1 - 2 large scoops per gallon of water per 1,000 sq. ft.
