Is Bifen IT labeled for hoverflies (aka syrphid flies) in Missouri?

Bifen IT could possibly kill hoverflies if they contact a treated area long enough to receive a lethal dose.  Hoverflies are actually beneficial insects that feed on other insects that might attack plants.
