Is CimeXa flammable?

I'm going to use it as a type of roach prevention since I'm in a large complex. I was wondering if it's safe to put in the water heater/furnace closet on the ground, around pipes and walls? When applying with a duster I don't want it to go into the furnace or water heater and catch fire while it settles. This is a small closet with a drain pipe for the ac also, and we have had previous problems with it leaking (another reason to put the dust around). Nothing is stored in this closet.

Answer:

No, CimeXa Insecticide Dust is not flammable. Please review the product label for application instructions.
