Is Conserve SC effective for Erinose mites on Lichee trees?

Conserve SC is labeled as safe to use on lychee, however, it is not labeled specifically for Erinose mites. There is a very informative article by the University of Florida Extension that states using a product with the active ingredient azadirachtin may work which is the active in AzaGuard Insecticide Nematicide, but mainly pruning would help to get rid of the infestation.
