Is Crossbow safe for grazing alpacas? Can it be absorbed through their soft paws?

Answer:

Except for lactating dairy animals, there are no grazing restrictions following application of Helena Crossbow Herbicide.  They should just be out of the area during treatment until it has dried, so at least 4-6 hours.
