Is Hi - Yield Growers Special 12 - 6 - 6 safe to use on my vegetable garden?

I know it's safe for lawns, shrubs, trees and potted plants, but I'm specifically asking if it's SAFE to use on vegetable and fruit plants where the veggies/fruits will later be consumed. Thanks!
