Is it acceptable to mix 0.5 oz of SpeedZone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate in 1 gal for 500 sq. ft.?

I usually mix 1 gallon of water into my sprayer with additives per 500 sq ft for a good even coverage. Will this dilution ratio of 0.5 oz in 1 gal water affect the effectiveness?
