Is it safe to use Surge Broadleaf Herbicide for Turf on horse pasture?

Answer:

Surge Broadleaf Herbicide for Turf is not labeled for use in grazing pastures. We would recommend GrazonNext HL Herbicide, as it is safe to use on pastures with numerous different types of grass. GrazonNext HL Herbicide is a broadleaf weed control product that will kill more than 100 different types of weeds, including the more difficult to kill perennials, like nightshades and bull nettles. There are no grazing restrictions using GrazonNext HL Herbicide. We would suggest they not be in the area during the application and while the surfaces are wet, once the treated surfaces are completely dry then they can return.  Please refer to the GrazonNext HL Herbicide label for exact labeling restrictions.
