Is a non-ionic surfactant recommended with Surflan Pro?

Answer:

Surflan Pro Herbicide does not require a surfactant since it is a pre-emergent.  Surfactants are needed for post emergent herbicides as they help the product penetrate the waxy coating of the weeds.
