Is Pendulum 3.3 EC Herbicide harmful to birds foraging in treated areas?

Answer:

People and pets should stay out of areas treated with Pendulum 3.3 EC Herbicide during application and at least until the product is dry. Often the primary reason for this is to make sure that walking around on the wet application does not disturb it, rather than because of health concerns. Pendulum 3.3 EC herbicide is not meant to be harmful to birds.
