Is Peters Professional 20-20-20 General Purpose Fertilizer suitable for recirculating hydroponic systems?

I'm curious about it's use in deep water culture and standard flood-and-drain systems. And specifically: how much product per gallon to get a solution with 1500 ppm? And what is the EC of that 1500 ppm solution? Thank you very much!
