Is Temprid FX better than Permethrin?

Temprid FX and Permethrin SFR have different active ingredients. Temprid FX has the active ingredients Imidacloprid 21?ta-Cyfluthrin 10.5%. Permethrin SFR has the active ingredient Permethrin 36.8% and is oil based so it might leave an oily sheen on surfaces.
