Is the Riptide the right product for misting system to combat gnats, fungus gnats, and similar small flies?

I have a misting system in place that is currently using Sector. I feel the product is more targetted for mosquitos. I live near a creek and have an enormous amount of gnats, including small fungus gnats that is always around. I want to seek advice on what is the best product I can use for my misting system? We have no children or pets, and I dont mind staying indoors when the product is being sprayed -- if that allows me to use something very strong. Please provide some help.

Answer:

The Riptide is an excellent product to be used in a misting system. If you want to get something you can just spray you can try Talstar P topically on plants, bushes, shrubs, and on the lawn. Gnats that land on the treated areas will be eliminated. Talstar P will not repel the gnats from the area nor will it kill the gnats that do not land on the treated areas.
