Is there a best time of day to apply Southern Ag Chelated Citrus Nutritional Spray?

I plan to use on a key lime tree. Does sun exposure while spraying harm the tree?

The product label does not indicate a certain time of day that is best to apply Southern Ag Chelated Citrus Nutritional Spray only that is most effective when applied between December and February up to the time flowering is completed.
