We live in Berks county, Pa and are being overrun with the Lantern Fly pests.
There will not be any insecticides specifically labeled for lantern flies as they are an invasive species that appears to have been primarily introduct to PA in the US and not many other areas so far. Normally they are only found in areas of China/Asia and Japan. We found this Penn State article actually that has a whole intiative taking place to try and remove them from the state and people to contact and inform if you have them on your property.
