Is trimectin southern safe to use on my winter cover of annual rye

I have a Bermuda lawn that I over seeded with annual rye for a green winter cover. I'm getting some broad leaf infiltration. Will trimec hurt the annual rye?

Answer:

Trimec Southern Broadleaf Herbicide should not be applied to ryegrass or areas that were newly seeded/overseeded.
