Is Victor Quick-Strike Mole & Gopher Gasser toxic to pets (dogs)?

Is post-treatment tunnel residue dangerous to dogs? I want to treat a mole infestation in my back yard but my dog uses the area and often digs up the moles/tunnels. I would apply at night when the dog is not present for 12 hours but did not see info in the SDS about pet hazards.
