It is almost February and I have new scotch broom seedlings growing. Can I spray with Crossbow now?

Crossbow Herbicide can be used now, if necessary, as long as temperatures are above 45 degrees. Crossbow Herbicide will be effective in 45 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
