Makeshift power washer with the Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer (#20000)?

I have a small apartment patio and no water hose. Is the sprayer powerful enough to be used as a “power washer” for small spaces with a light layer of dirt? (Able to 'push' dirt/small debris with a fine enough nozzle stream)
