Martins Permethrin 10% does not include tree borers as a target insect on the product label, or application to trees in general, therefore we cannot advise on rates for this treatment. Permethrin SFR 36.8 is labeled for borers and bark beetles on dogwood trees. Per the product label, this is applied at 32 to 64 fl oz per 100 gallons of water (0.32 to 0.64 per gallon / 3.2 to 6.4 fl oz per 10 gallons of water). Apply to the lower branches and trunks prior to adult emergence. T

Martins Permethrin 10% cannot be reapplied in 2-3 weeks.
Martins Permethrin 10% may be used to treat dogs over 12 weeks of age for fleas, ticks, mange, and lice (do NOT apply permethrin products on cats). Per the product label, you should mix 8 oz. in 12.5 gallons of water, which would break down to 0.64 ounces per 1 gallon of water.

Martin's Permethrin 10% is labeled for mites and fogging poultry houses, swine houses, cattle and horse barns, etc. Per the label, “FOG OR FINE MIST: Apply, directing the spray toward the ceiling and upper corners until the area is filled with mist. Use about 2 ounces per 1000 cubic feet of space. For best results, close doors and windows before spraying and keep closed for 10-15 minutes. Remove animals prior to treatment, ventilate before reoccupying. Dilute 8 ozs. in 6.25 gals. water.”
