Yes, Martins Permethrin 10% is labeled to treat for chich bugs. Per the product label you would thoroughly wet down grassa few hours before applying. Home lawns should be no taller than 3 inches at time of application. Slightly more water may be used as long as the amount of product per area is as listed below. For heavy infestations, repeat application after 2 weeks. You would use 1.5 fl ozs in 10 gallons of water to cover 1000 sq ft.
Essentria All Purpose would be recommended for pastures with grazing cattle to treat caterpillars and many other common insects. Apply at 1 to 3 fl oz per gallon of water for a residula of 2 to 4 weeks depending on weathering like rain and direct sunlight.

Martins Permethrin 10% does not include tree borers as a target insect on the product label, or application to trees in general, therefore we cannot advise on rates for this treatment. Permethrin SFR 36.8 is labeled for borers and bark beetles on dogwood trees. Per the product label, this is applied at 32 to 64 fl oz per 100 gallons of water (0.32 to 0.64 per gallon / 3.2 to 6.4 fl oz per 10 gallons of water). Apply to the lower branches and trunks prior to adult emergence. T

Martins Permethrin 10% cannot be reapplied in 2-3 weeks.
Martins Permethrin 10% may be used to treat dogs over 12 weeks of age for fleas, ticks, mange, and lice (do NOT apply permethrin products on cats). Per the product label, you should mix 8 oz. in 12.5 gallons of water, which would break down to 0.64 ounces per 1 gallon of water.
"Thoroughly wet the animal by dipping, sponging or spraying. Allow animal to dry in a warm place without rinsing or toweling. Do not reapply product for two to three weeks. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, pregnant or nursing animals on medication."
