Yes! Martins Permethrin 10% would be mixed with water only and applied at the following rates and instructions on cattle:

For ticks, use 1.5 oz in 10 gallons of water to cover 1,000 sq ft. For heavy infestations repeat application in 2 weeks.

In a crawl space, you could also use an insecticide dust such as Delta Dust, which is a dry formulation that lasts about six months.
