Since Martin's TopShot Weed Killer is not labeled as safe to use on carpetgrass, we would not recommend using it on this type of turf at all. A great product to use for post-emergent control of bittercress in carpetgrass would be Dismiss Herbicide. After applying Dismiss Herbicide, you would need to wait at least one month before overseeding. You can view full application directions on the product label here.
Martin's TopShot Weed Killer can be applied when the ground is damp. This should not be applied in temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yes, it is recommended that you use the Martin's TopShot Weed Killer when the temperatures are below 85 degrees Fahrenheit. This can be applied every 30 days as needed.
Martin's TopShot Weed Killer is safe for Bermuda grass, but not labeled to take out Sandbur. Blindside would be a better product to treat for Sandbur in Bermuda.
Martin's TopShot Weed Killer will not harm Zeon Zoysia as it is listed as a tolerant turf grass. As long as your lawn is now established and has been mowed at least 2 times, Martin's TopShot will not harm your Zeon Zoysia. Be sure to consult the product label prior to application.
