I used Maxforce FC Roach Bait Gel in the past and it is the absolute best on the market that I have tried. We recently moved into a new place, and need to use it again. We only had to use it once at the old place, and we lived there for 4 years! This stuff is awesome!

I had so many roaches I couldn't count.  Then one day I opened my cabinet and saw about 30 dead roaches.  Great product!!!!!!

We had a roach problem at home when the temperature went up (April-September), and after looking for several options, we found this gel and decided to give it a try. The results were impressive. I recommend to use the product as directed, be patient the first days and it's likely that you'll get rid of your pest problem.

After watching the video of the roach nibbling the end of a Maxforce FC tube I placed my order. Two days later I was putting out bait here and there. Super fast service! You guys are the best. After a week the only roaches I saw were dead. Then every other day I would see one crawling on my kitchen table (they like to hide in my cable box and electronics). Instead of squishing them I just put out the Maxforce Tube with the cap off and sure enough, the little buggers would run right over to it and start nibbling! I have done this about 6 times and really enjoy watching them commit hari kari! I haven't seen one in days now, but just wanted to say the Maxforce FC is as promised. A friend of mine was telling me about her roach infestation. I hate roaches, so I was horrified of her story. They had simply taken over her home. Lights, no lights, it didn't matter, she couldn't put a bite of food down without them coming out. I mixed her a couple of gallons of different products to spray her house with. She had some results but I wasn't satisfied, so I got on line and found this product. Purchased a couple of tubes, instructed her on how to apply and the results were mind boggling. She had the kind of roaches that like to come out and take her food and this stuff was perfect for them. They ate this stuff and the next day she was sweeping up piles of them, and then more piles of them. All living roaches were eradicated with a few days, new hatchlings from eggs left hidden who knows where, were soon to follow. Her house is roach free.

I read so many great reviews on this product, I expected the next morning to find dead roaches everywhere. This takes several days to a few weeks, depending on how bad the infestation. I forgot to read carefully the instructions. Make many small applications rather than a few large. Also, make additional applications over the next few days. "Many and often" is the key to this product. Within 2 weeks you will see a significant reduction or end to the roaches. Grocery store sprays only kill on contact and will not solve the problem. Roaches have evolved a tolerance to most of these active ingredients. This one works.

Bought it because the local pest control company used it on my place, lasted 3-4 weeks. Couple dots in the kitchen and a couple in the bathroom. Love it.

I never write product reviews, but this demands it. Living in a pre-war NYC apartment, one expects to see a few roaches. After a recent uptick in their numbers, I took matters into my own hands, applied MaxForce and now none are to be found. MaxForce did what the professional exterminator could not.

We have been having roaches treated with a growth inhibitor in a small condo complex. I still kept seeing them in all sizes. After using the gel, I continued to see some for about 2 days, then 1 stray, and then none. That was over 2 weeks ago, I think. So it seems to be quite effective.

My elderly mother had developed a horrible Roach problem. My local exterminator told me that MaxForce is what he used. I found this company online and had my products in record time. The gel and bait traps got the problem taken care of! This is my third purchase and I couldn't be happier.

I can't believe how well this stuff works. Within 24 hours I saw a significant decrease in the number of roaches and they were all gone within a few days. I highly recommend this product.

After trying several products including a pest control service, all which failed, this one finally worked. I live in a large 3 bedroom apartment. One bait gel was all I needed. It has been two weeks since I first put this out and I haven't seen any live roaches in 4 days. Several dead, none living. I've been fighting the worst infestation I've ever seen since moving in 5 months ago. This really works!! Now I'm just wondering how long it will last, but again I only needed 1 tube. Definitely worth the money!

Just delivered it to party I ordered it for a few days ago. He called me yesterday AM and was SO excited!!! He lives in a trailer home and sooo run over. He used it to cover all rooms and said it looked like a bus mobile had come in and moved nearly all of them. HE IS SO HAPPY!! I will order more in a couple of days. Thank you.

This is the second time buying an entire case of 24 tubes of Maxforce FC Roach Bait Gel. This product works really well and after seeing the results in my house, my friends asked me to get more for them. It's much cheaper to buy them by the case.

Hello, I had used this product 5 yrs ago, and I was so amazed at how fast the roaches started to die. Maxforce Roach Bait Gel it is an excellent solution. Since I started to us it, 3 years ago, I don't see roaches in my old apartment in NYC where almost every building is infested.

I started with a serious infestation that even a professional exterminator was unable to eliminate. I'm now initiating the second application (after two weeks) of Maxforce and optimistic it will continue to "reduce" the number on roaches. It's certainly more effective than the sprays I'd been using three times per week. Since it has made a real difference I plan to continue bi-weekly, fresh applications (along with boric acid and traps).

I own several properties in Landover, MD. This is really an effective and economic means of maintaining rental properties. I apply before and after a tenant moves in and then once every six months and all my tenants are happy, healthy, and very cooperative.  Will help to save you money down the road.

This is one of the finest products on the market. I live in an apartment and it can be very difficult to get rid of roaches since they can easily travel from one apartment to the other. After using Maxforce within a few days I saw dramatic results. We were entirely rid of our roach problem within about a week after using this product. I will definitely use this product for any future pest control needs.
