NOT WORKING!
By Courtney on 07/07/2011
I ordered this product on-line. I Put the bait stations in recommended places in the apartment. I am still seeing GERMAN ROACHES in my kitchen. I am even seeing babies now. I have been keeping food out of the area and keeping the sink dry so no access to water (in my eyes). I have also been putting the pet food dishes away. I payed forty bucks for 72 non-working pest bait stations- what a waste.

I want my money back
By Juan on 10/07/2015
after 5 days still roaches everywhere ...did not work at all...Advion is much better. I placed like 30 baits and the roaches ignored them completely.
Expert response:
We apologize that the product has not worked up to your expectations. Maxforce FC Roach Bait Stations are slow acting and take at least a week before the first roach will die. 5 days is definitely not enough time to evaluate the efficacy of the product. Please take a few moments to read over our How to Treat for Roaches Guide to learn how to implement a successful roach control program (copy and paste the link below into your browser). Baiting is only a small portion of a roach control program and baiting alone is usually not enough. Sanitation, exclusion, spraying and the use of an insect growth regulator is usually needed Please let us know if you have any questions after reviewing the guide:

maxforce FC roach bait stations (72)
By Marcia on 02/22/2015
The baits are not effective as last year and as described.
Expert response:
If you have been using the same bait stations for a year or more on the same roach population, then it is likely the population has bred some resistance. In this case, we would recommend rotating the roach bait you are using. Something like Advion Roach Bait Gel would be an excellent choice to rotate with Maxforce products: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/advion-roach-bait-p-304.html.

Max Force Roach Bait
By Frances on 03/15/2015
Not strong enough, had to call a professional exterminator to get rid of the problem. Would not buy again.
Expert response:
For roach control, we do recommend using a combination of a bait, spray, and insect growth regulator for the best control. Using multiple products together, in addition to proper sanitation, will treat a population much more quickly. Please take a few moments to read over our article How to Get Rid of Roaches to learn how to implement a successful roach control program:

Was not effective at getting rid of roaches.
By Cliff on 02/18/2017
Did not get rid of roaches. No stars.
Expert response:
Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry that the Maxforce roach stations did not work as expected for you. When treating for roaches, we recommend using a residual spray and an Insect Growth Regulator in conjunction with bait. We sell these items together in our Roach Control Kits:

We would also encourage you to take a few moments to review our Roach Treatment Guide for additional tips and information about how to successfully treat for this pest:

Maxforce FC Roach Bait Station
By Faustino on 01/06/2011
not working
By Dallas on 03/15/2012
After reading the great reviews on this item I was convinced about purchasing it. Lets just say this product has not made a difference in my roach problem at all! Its been two weeks and I have not seen any progress. I have tried Roach Control Kit #1 and that worked pretty good. I'll just have to reorder that one again.

Dissipating results with German Roaches
By Ron on 11/16/2019
I have been using the Advion Cockroach Gel Bait and was satisfied with it as we could see the roaches feeding on it and in places it was being completely consumed. As it's recommended to rotate the type of bait I decided to switch to Maxforce FC Roach Bait Stations but so far I have never see them feeding at these stations and they show no signs of activity. I wish DoMyOwn would allow for returns or exchanges when a product is ineffective like this one. I'm following the recommendations of cleaning, spraying Temprid FX Insecticide, placing Gentrol Point Source, and putting out bait my battle continues. It's now been seven months and we have seen a big reduction but still have not fully eliminated these German Roaches.

I bought this and it didnt work at work very disappointing
By Rachel on 10/12/2020
Roaches hate it , does not attract them
By Jenia on 12/10/2021
Was told to switch out poisons so roaches won't get immune so I first used advion bait arenas that they seemed to love and was slowly doing good. So they wouldn't become immune I then switched to max force fc and the roaches won't touch it! I believe the food content must be different . My infestation was becoming less until this didn't work. So back to the drawing board.

Max force roach bait
By Emily on 10/16/2020
I was very disappointed in this product. It said it would start killing within 72 hours and I have seen no change. I placed them in my storage area and went to check them and actually saw a couple of roaches crawling on the bait and around it, even saw one go inside it but it came right back out.
