Merit Insecticide Granules are not labeled for moles specifically. However, it does treat their food source, which are grubs. So once their food source is eliminated, they will move on in search of a new food source. Merit Insecticide Granules can be applied at any time, but if you are looking to control white grubs then you want to apply it several weeks before egg match of the target pest. Usually this application needs to be made in late Spring, usually sometime between May and late June. We recommend contacting your local Cooperative Extension for the best recommendation on application timing for your target pest in your area.
Merit Insecticide Granules should be appled just before or after egg hatch and will not actually kill the eggs, only the young that feed on the roots. The best time will vary depending on the region you are in. You should contact local cooperative extension office to determine the best timing for grubs in your region.
Merit Insecticide Granules is not labeled for ants and would not be recommended. Instead you can use something like Talstar Xtra.

According to the Delta G Granules, a regular treatment program should be followed. Treat once a month when pests first appear in late spring (May-June) and continue until late summer (August-September) in the fall.
