It should still be effective, but you should shake your sprayer very well to agitate the product and make sure it mixes well in case any of the active ingredient has settled at the bottom. In the future, it is usually recommended that you only mix what you plan on using because the products are not supposed to be left in a sprayer for long periods of time.
