    Q
How often should Monterey Liqui-Cop be reapplied with rainy conditions? We've had consistent rain for 2 months, dried up for 1 week and now again in a 9 day rain spell again.
    A

The reapplication period for Monterey Liqui-Cop depends on what you are spraying (fruit, vegetable, ornamentals, trees, etc) and the disease you are targeting.

Per the product label, it is recommended to apply this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area.

  • Asked by Jim from Cumberland, Md
    06/02/2021
    Q
I've mixed Monterey Liqui-Cop and not used the full mix. Can I use it in a second spray 10 days later?
    A

Monterey Liqui-Cop should be used within 24 hours of mixing, which would also apply to almost all products on the market that start out as concentrates and are mixed with water. The longer solution stays in the tank, the more it breaks down to no longer be effective, and can also eat away at the seals and gaskets of your sprayer to cause it to no longer work effectively.
