Monterey Turflon Ester Herbicide mix ratio 32 Oz

I have a small Fescue lawn and am beginning to see some Bermuda emerge. Rather than tank mix a Gallon worth of TE I'd like to mix a smaller batch. What would be my measurement of TE in 32 oz of water?

Per the product label you would apply 4 teaspoons in 1 gallon water per 1,000 sq.ft. For only 32 oz of water, you would need only 1 teaspoon of Monterey Turflon Ester Herbicide.
