I have had a perennial problem with Poa annua in my Bermuda grass. I religiously applied prodiamine pre-emergent last year 4 times (January, April, July and October 1st. The prodiamine didn't touch the P. annua and I will use a different pre this summer. I applied Negate last week as directed. To date, it appears that this product is working quite well but still early to fully know final results. High hopes!!

Poa Annua started dying about 3 weeks after the first application. Continued to spray two more times to hit spots I had missed.

Applied to control poa anna. Saw some minor yellowing after 2 weeks. Between weeks 3 and 4, everything is showing effects. I had over half of my 1 gallon mix left over. I added a tiny bit of baking soda to make the solution neutral-alkaline and stored it in frig to apply again after 4 weeks. I'll see how that works.

This is my 2nd year using this stuff and it continues to be about the only thing that kills poa annua. I had much less poa annua this year thanks to being more vigilant about pre-emergent but this gets rid of any that did make it through. It takes several days to a week for you to notice it is working but it works quite well.

Use to spot treat POA Grass and work great. Made a Qt of the Negate and then used 3OZ to make a Gallon of weed killer.

Negate knocked out my Poa in about 2 weeks. However, it also suppressed the growth of the bermuda lawn. Hoping, the bermuda will recover quickly after fertilization.

Was skeptical when about 4 or 5 days passed and I saw no change whatsoever. In the last week though every weed in my yard including all of the dreaded po annua is dying. Could not be more pleased!

Negate 37WG works great on Poa Annua. I applied it and it rained within 2 1/2 hours of application. I did not have to re-apply even though the label states it needs 4 hours to dry. The Poa began yellowing within a week or so. Now 3 weeks later the Poa is mostly dead and being overtaken by my hybrid bermuda grass.

Negate 37WG took out the poa in my yard. Will use the granular formulation in the fall.

I could never find anything that could effectively get rid of Poa. I tried pulling it by hand and other herbicides. It would slow it down but it would come back even worse. Using Negate has effectively eliminated my Poa problem. I use this in combination with Speedzone and Prodiamine for a complete herbicide and pre-emergent combination.

This is the second year I have used Negate to address Poa. It targets the Poa with some yellowing within days, and completely brown within 1-2 weeks. I see no noticeable impact on my Zoysia. I need to apply it to 1000-4000 square feet at a time. And this little bottle is potent stuff. I struggle to measure 1 to 4 grams of the granules precisely, but doing so makes this an affordable and very effective solution for my Poa. For me, this 42 gram bottle will last years.

Recent home purchases and yard needed lots of help! Noticed the poa dying off in 7days and 2 1/2 weeks later it's all brown and hopefully the pre- emergent will do it's job! Bought another bottle to have for next year. Mixed up whole bottle in 1 gal of water then mixed 3 oz per gal for spot treatment.

I have not used Negate 37WG to remove Poa Annua due to the zoysia turning green. I expect good results when used.

As others have said, it is a little concerning for the first few days when you don't see any change. But after a week or so the weeds starts turning yellow and dying. Major difference seen after 2 weeks.
