This stuff works I have been using it for years every summer for cave crickets. Once applied they are gone however when summer returns the next season they are back To be fair the new infestation is most likely new pest entering from outside. One thing about Niban is that any left over bait that I applied last season seems to be ineffective for the next summer I have found that with the new infestation I must vacuum up any Bait that is in place from last season as the crickets are no longer attracted to it and I must reapply fresh bait every season.

I've been using Niban for outdoor pest control professionally for a few years now and I'll never use another bait! While I disagree with the moisture resistant aspect, every pest organism on that label I have tried out against Niban and Niban wins every time. You may need to do a 2 or 3 applications depending on how much you're applying but you'll see the difference after just one!

I have used this Niban granular bait for three years now for roaches and ants. I just sprinkle a little on an ant bed, and in a few days the entire colony is dead. I also spread it around the attic because roaches like to hide up there. Very effective against ants and roaches, so I will continue to use this product as long as I have a problem. Plus, DoMyOwnPestControl makes it very easy to buy so I will continue to get it from this site as well.

This is my third time using the Niban Granular Bait in 5 years and there is no need for "Over Kill". This is by far the best product on the market.

I purchased my house and suddenly started seeing spider crickets in the den. After catching hundreds every month on glue traps, I researched and found Niban. I put it around the perimeter of the house and in the boiler / laundry rooms and also use Drione powder in the outlets and radiators inside. I almost never see a spider cricket anymore.

When my shaker gets low I am immediately online to reorder. I shake Niban around the perimeter of my home in SC and never have insects indoors. If I ever notice a bug I think about when the last time I used Niban.... it is because I have gone too long between applications and I rush outdoors to reapply! I've known nothing else that works as well for me.

Spread bait around perimeter of house and set up small plates with bait in around my basement, the day after I received the product. It's been about ten days and the number of camel spiders has diminish to none. I done see them outside and they are not inside either. I plan on purchasing another container in about 4 month, which is the recommended interval.

I have a pest service and was still getting those disgusting cave crickets. Then added to that were centipedes. I noticed when they applied granular pesticide I had significantly fewer pests. They only apply it twice a year. I checked the receipt for the granules they used and Niban was listed as the granules. I bought 2 4lb shakers bottles and did it myself!! Yippee...it worked great!! No bugs at all for the last 3 wks since I treated. Thank you !!!!!!

I use this in my garden successfully to control slugs snail etc but it also works on ants as well so I'm happy

Living in South Carolina, we have large dark brown bugs that some call Palmetto Bugs. They are big roaches that sometimes fly and are inevitably in any home unless you take action. Niban granulas sprinkled around the perimeter of our home 2-3 times a year keeps them away!! This stuff is amazing. We had a termite inspection done and the pest control guy saw our Niban container. He was surprised we knew about this awesome, effective secret!

I order this product every spring, and early and late summer for indoor but mostly outdoor use. It is odorless and safe to use around toddlers and pets (within reason.) As soon as I see the first ant, slug or camel cricket I use it and they're gone almost overnight. Forget the Raid and grocery story stuff -- this is the real deal!! It is worth every penny you spend.

Bought a house 11/2013 and quickly discovered a massive cave/spider cricket infestation. I hunted them with the shop-vac but that was futile. It started as 1 a week, Then 2 a week. Eventually it was 2 a day. Laid this down in early April, saw 2 baby crickets the next 2 days, not a cricket since. Either a really slim chance or an amazing poison, still plenty left after surrounding a 800sq ft house, enough for 2-3 more applications. A++

We had a camel cricket problem. Read some stuff online and laid out some large glue traps and spread out niban in spots around the basement. After a few days I actually saw a couple looking sickly. A week or so later, no more camel crickets.

Great product. I would see 2-3 cave crickets whenever I would go to the basement. I put Niban on small paper plates as well as duct tape sticky side up on wood pieces. Within 2 weeks, I have not seen any around.

If you have camel back crickets as we did, Niban does the trick. It is an excellent product and saves hundreds on an exterminator.

My brother purchased this product 2 years ago because he was over ran with camel crickets. He saturated the basement with Niban, got rid of al the camel crickets and they are still gone today. He told me about this and I purchased Niban and put all over the crawl space under my house and now I am finally rid of camel crickets! Ths product really works!!

Put it on the perimeter of your house (outside) and it will lure the roaches out to get some grub. Monthly treatment takes about 10 minutes and this jug should last me about 3 or 4 months...

I've been using Niban for years, ever since an exterminator let me know what he used. This exterminator was known to use products that would work without having to spray or otherwise contaminate the house. This stuff does NOT hurt birds, geckos, etc. No smell, lasts and works. May take a week or so for the first application to work, but after that, it's really great. A roach occasionally still gets in the house but it is rare. Thank you to this store for good price and rapid, easy service. I used to have to look hard to find it locally and it cost more.

We put this out a little more than two weeks ago and then left town for a few days and have not seen one live roach since. I have seen a few dead but hopefully they are dying in their nest. Before, even after repeated spraying by a pest professional I was seeing approx. two or three dead a day and then up to ten crawling around dying or even fully alive. So glad I found this product I can now sit in my backyard peacefully!

Thsi product is the cat's meow! Apply around house perimeter when expecting a week of dry weather and you wan't see any roaches for at least 6 months. No need to spray inside anymore.

Been using niban (and intice) for many years. still keeps the ants out. i spread 8 inch barrier every month -- rotating inner, middle, and outer. this method is more effective than when we hired a profession who supposedly did 24 inches every 3 months. my wife is happy so i am happy.

I work for an elementary school with a lot of wonderful grassy areas. Of course, with grass come colonies of ants. We just sprinkle the Niban bait along the line of the ants and on their ant hills, and in a couple of hours the ants are gone. It was hard to find something that was safe to use around children, and we're thrilled we found this product.

I've been having a problem with cave crickets for the past three years. Cave crickets are very big, very aggressive insects that look like aliens. They walk, jump (usually right at me) and love dark spaces. If that's not enough, they are cannibal carnivores too. Prior to this invasion three years ago, I'd never heard of or seen them before. An expensive exterminator did not solve the cricket problem, though he did educate me about them. He used a "bomb" to get rid of them, which required a good deal of preparation ahead of time and cleaning after the fact. Within 29 days of treatment the crickets were back. The warranty was for 30 days. He did not bomb again, but sprinkled granules of something he said I couldn't buy anywhere myself. Whatever the stuff was, it worked. Instead of immediately calling the exterminator, I did a little research the second year, when the crickets returned. That's when I came across Niban. Surprise, surprise, it looked just like the granules the exterminator had used, and was the product that came up the most in my search results. I bought the Niban, treated the perimeter and possible entry points in my house and the crickets disappeared. This is the third year of the crickets and I kicked myself for not pre-treating at the end of summer. I could have prevented seeing the one that got in the house. They tend to pop up in early autumn, as the weather cools and dampens here in PA. I will not make that mistake again next year. I plan on keeping a supply of Niban on hand as long as I live in this house. It works with all kinds of insects, ants (which seem to have followed the crickets in), spiders, etc. I've noticed a difference in the weeks since I initially treated the exterior perimeter of the house. I haven't seen an ant, a cricket or anything else. I do re-apply after heavy winds and/or rain, but there's enough in the bottle to last me at least several months. Do My Own Pest Control is always fast and affordable. I plan on using them for any pest control needs I may have in the future.
