COVID-19 Service, Shipping, & Delivery Information Update:

 

Service Information:
Our Customer Service team is experiencing an extreme increase in emails, phone calls, and chats from DIYers just like you who are keeping their homes and businesses pest-free, creating the best-looking lawn on the block, and growing their own vegetable gardens.  Unfortunately, we cannot currently expand our team during the pandemic, so we have the same amount of staff handling the increased volume.  We are working diligently to ensure each customer receives the high level of customer service you have come to expect, but ask for your patience and understanding during this time.

Our call wait times and email response times have increased, but we do have resources available if you need answers quickly.

While our warehouse is currently shipping on time, as noted below, we are experiencing extraordinary levels of orders. Some items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered, and we are working with our suppliers to restock these items as quickly as possible.  If you wish to be notified when a product is back in stock, look for the “Email Me When In Stock” button to sign up for email alerts.

Shipping & Delivery Information:
Due to the current high shipping demand across the country, you may experience longer than usual delivery times. With our Free Shipping option, most packages will arrive 3 to 6 business days after your order leaves our warehouse, and most in-stock products leave the DoMyOwn warehouse in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order is placed.  With the increased shipping demand, our shipping partners, both the USPS and Fedex, have seen delivery times extended to as long as 10 days in some cities.

Please note if you are shipping to a business or commercial address that shipping carriers are requiring someone be present to receive all deliveries (no signature required).  See our detailed shipping information.

Order Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent an email with your tracking information.  You can click on the link in the email or login to your DoMyOwn account to track your order.  In most cases, tracking information will display in 24-48 hours from the shipping carrier.

Pest Control has been deemed an essential service by the Department of Homeland Security, as it protects the health and food supply of individuals, small restaurants, family businesses, and larger corporations.

While many of you might be at home more often than you have been in the past, we are committed to helping you keep your home healthy and free of pests, maintain your lawn and garden, and care for your pets and animals.

We are proud to offer such an essential service and are taking every step possible to remain open and prevent the delay of shipments.

To meet this demand and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and recommendations, we are doing the following:

  • All DoMyOwn office team members are working from home

  • In our warehouse, team members are conducting daily wellness evaluations and practicing social distancing as much as possible

  • We have temporarily suspended all walk-in business but our website remains open 24/7.

 

DoMyOwn has always been committed to providing the highest quality customer service possible and we pledge to uphold that commitment during this time. Due to the increase in phone calls and emails from concerned customers, hold and response times may be longer than normal.
