Many people are lead to believe that the infestation is indoors because they do not feel the effects of the chigger bites right away and then are lead to believe they are being bitten at a later time. If you feel strongly that you are being bitten inside by something we would urge you to get a sample of the pest and have it professionally identified by an entomologist. Unfortunately there is not a product on the market that is labeled or recommended for roundworms in a yard. We recommend that all animals be moved out of the contaminated area for at least 1 year (during warm spring/summer months, longer during cool winter/fall months) and all feces be removed. Keeping the animals out of the contaminated area for at least 1 year should help control the infestation pattern. It is also important to remove feces from the new latrine area to avoid another infestation. Another option is to remove the contaminated soil and replace if you cannot keep out for 1 year

It would be more beneficial to spray as we start getting into spring and temperatures are rising, when the insects would be more active and affected by your application.
