Pre-emergent I can use with new seed

I have to overseed a small area of my lawn but want to make sure that no weeds also grow. I believe there is a product that can be applied that will not hurt the new seed. Can you help me locate these products? I was hoping something granular that I can spread easily but I'm open to any options. Thanks for your time.

Answer:

The only product we carry that you can apply at the same time as reseeding your lawn is called Tenacity though it is only for cool season lawns mainly and centipede grass as directed on the product label. Though it is best applied either 2 weeks before seeding or at least 2-3 weeks after seeding.
