    Does the Protecta EVO Express Bait work for both rat and mouse or do you need a different one for each?
    A
    The Protecta EVO Express Bait Stations are large enough for rats to use but will also work for mice. Any rat bait station can be used for both rats and mice. Mouse bait stations are so small that rats cannot fit inside and therefore can only be used for mice.

    Will the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station kill rats but will not harm Squirrels?
    A

    Unfortunately, we do not carry a rodent bait station that we can guarantee squirrels would not also be able to possibly get in to as squirrels and rats can be very close in size. Protecta EVO Express Bait Station do not kill any animals, this is used to protect rodenticides and snap traps if used from weather and non target animals.

    Is the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station water and rain resistant?
    A

    Yes, the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station and most other similar stations are designed to be used outdoors and to protect the bait inside from rainfall. If a lot of water got into the stations, then you could open them up and remove the concrete brick to allow it to dry out, if needed. The brick in the station does keep the bait elevated off the ground to keep it dry.

    Protecta EVO Express Bait Station use in snow?
    Do I have to remove the bait station from the ground when there is a snowstorm forecasted? What about melting snow? Do I have to pick it up?

    You can use the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station in areas where they will be exposed to the elements. It would be advisable to remove the snow so it does not block the entry into the station.

    Does Protecta EVO Express Bait Station work on chipmunks?
    A

    The Protecta EVO Express Bait Station has holes large enough for rats, mice, squirrels and chipmunks to enter and exit. There is no bait or traps included with the station (they are sold separately). We do offer products for chipmunk control.

    Does Protecta EVO Express Bait Station only have 1 entry for rodents?
    I am wondering if it has 1 or 2 holes on the sides.

    There are two entry/exit holes on the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station. There is one on the front and one of the opposite side. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
