To treat for fleas in a car, the main focus will be vacuuming everything thoroughly and then if you feel an insecticide is still needed, something like NyGuard Plus would be an option. Leather is not a surface the fleas would be able to inhabit/thrive within, mostly the carpet on the floor of the car. You can lightly spray the NyGuard Plus on those carpeted areas. If you feel any needs to be used on the seats you would need to test a small inconspicuous area first for color fastness and tolerance before treating on a wider scale.
