    Can Pyranha Bug Armor Permethrin Misting System Concentrate, Bifen IT, and Nyguard be mixed and applied with a backpack blower/mister?
    A

    Pyranha Bug Armor Permethrin Misting System Concentrate is labeled to be used in misting systems. It could be used in a backpack blower/mister, but in extremely limited areas such as up against structures, door/window frames. It is not recommended to be used on open ornamental or tree environments. We would not recommend you mixing this with Bifen IT and Nyguard. That would be an overkill of too much product in one area, and you would most likely get the opposite effect of what you are looking for. We would recommend something like Exciter instead.

    Can Bug Armor be mixed with Bifen XTS, and Nyguard IGR?
    A

    Pyranha Bug Armor can be mixed with Nyguard IGR and used inside of a misting system. Bifen XTS is not labeled to be used inside of a misting system so it cannot be mixed and used in this case. Nyguard IGR can be mixed with either Pyranha Bug Armor or Bifen XTS for future reference.

    Can Pyranha 1-10 PX be mixed with other products similar to it?
    A
    There would really be no reason to mix another misting solution with the Pyranha 1-10 PX, though you could add a knockdown product like Exponent which will increase the speed of kill and level of control of pyrethroids, fogging solutions and other insecticide concentrates.

    Use in a tankless sytem
    No barrel, small machine mixes with water. Dealer puts in 10% permethrin w/pbo. Need backup supply when he can't get to us in time.

    Can I use Pyranha 1-10PX with a Createch Tri-Jet ULV Fogger or can I use it in a handheld pump sprayer?
    I want to get rid of mosquitoes

    Although it is mostly used in a misting system you can apply Pyranha 1-10 PX Permethrin from any type of equipment that will make a mist or fog.

    Can I use Pyranha 1-10 PX Permethrin Misting System Concentrate with my solo mist blower?
    My solo mist blower is 3 3/4 tank. Can I use it just like I use Talstar 1 oz per gallon?

    Would it be effective to pour some of this directly into some standing water to prevent mosquitoes from breeding? Or should I spray the Pyranha over it so that some of it settles on top the water? Also, to keep my potted plants from drying out inbetween rains, I leave them in large saucers that catches the extra water until it is absorbed. I don't want these saucers to breed mosquitoes. What if I pour a tiny bit into a saucer -- will this prevent mosquito breeding? What happens when the saucer dries up? Is there sufficient Pyranha residual left on the dry bottom or do I need to add more Prranha each time I fill the saucer with water? Will fogging in the area leave some residual Pyranha on the surface of water filled saucers?

    No, this product should be used as directed in a misting system. If you are needing something to put directly into the water, try BTI Mosquito Dunks. These will treat for 30 days or more. One dunk treats 100 sq. ft. of surface water, no matter what the depth is. The mosquito dunks are also labeled for potted plants.

    If you are looking for something to spray, I would advise using Bifen I/T mixed with an IGR (insect growth regular), such as Nyguard. This product lasts for up to 7 months, preventing the mosquitos (as well as other pests) from reproducing.

    No, pouring the product into a saucer will not create a residual. Pyranha is meant to be used in a misting system. Misting in the area will leave a slight residual due to the permethrin in the product.

    Will this product need to be reapplied after it rains? Will the effects last after a rain fall?

    Yes, the Pyranha 1-10 PX Permethrin Misting System Concentrate needs to be reapplied as needed and after rainfall because the Pyranha 1-10 PX Permethrin Misting System Concentrate does not provide any residual protection.

    Is it okay to use Pyranha 1-10 PX Permethrin Misting System Concentrate product indoors?
    I was wondering if It's okay to use this product indoor in my apartment. I mean it would probably settle on all equipment in my apartment when applied right? Also should I ask the people in the apartment to leave while I'm applying this product with a fogger?

    Yes the product label for the Pyranha 1-10 PX Permethrin Misting System Concentrate does give instructions for using indoors.  People and pets need to be out of the area while fogging and can safely return within 30 minutes after application.  Please refer to the product label for complete instructions.
