    Sevin Concentrate

    For Roses: Mix 1.5 fl. oz. of product per gallon of water and spray upper and lower leaf surfaces and small trunks, stems and twigs to the point of runoff where pests appear. Repeat applications as necessary up to a total of four times per year for trees and six times per year for ornamental shrubs and flowers, but not more often than once every seven days.

    How do you use Sevin Concentrate control and prevent all pests for sweet corn?
    How much Sevin do you need to apply and how often? At what stage of corn do you start and finish spraying? Can you spray directly on the cob? How long after spraying is it safe to eat the corn?
    A

    You will use 1.5 fl. oz. of Sevin Concentrate per gallon of water. This can applied up to two days before harvest. Sevin Concentrate should also only be used a maximum of eight times per year, per the product label. There is not a wait time in between spraying the product. Sevin can be sprayed whenever the insects are present.

Repeat applications as necessary up to a total of eight times per year for tree fruits or five times per year for small fruits, but not more often than once every seven days.

    I have a problem with codling moth and now tent caterpillers on my apple trees. I have used Imiden 70w but still have problems with insect control. I read that Sevin can hurt my fruit trees.how much should I use for 20 gallons of water in my sprayer?
