Answer:

You can use Annual Tree and Shrub Insect Control Concentrate anytime except when the ground is saturated or frozen, although fastest uptake usually occurs early spring through early fall while trees are actively growing. If you are treating any flowering plants, then it is best to treat them after petal fall. Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.
