Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate should be applied at least 4-6 hours before a rain. This would be adequate amount of time for the product to dry and stick.  You only apply every 7-10 or 14 days as needed depending on the disease.  Please refer to the product label for complete information.
