Michael from Concord, Nc writes

Should I use Suspend Polyzone in addition to Onslaught Fastcap? Is an exponent needed?

Using Nyguard IGR as well. I didn't see anything about using both. Looking for general lawn and house perimeter spray applied with backpack sprayer in NC. Any other recommendations? Thanks!

Answer:

There would be absolutely no reason to mix Suspend Polzyone with Onslaught Fastcap, or any other residual insecticide. Onslaught FastCap already contains an exponent and you would not need or want to add anymore to it. You are welcome to mix an IGR like NyGuard in with Onslaught or Suspend Polyzone if you feel its needed. If you are just using this for general pest control and prevention around the home and lawn, you can spray anywhere from monthly to quarterly based on your needs. Both the Onslaught and Suspend Polyzone will hold up to the outdoor elements roughly 60-90 days based on the weather and pest pressure over that time.
