Why is it safe for grazing horses/donkeys when the application has dried but not when it's wet?
Choosing to wear a face mask while spot spraying or broadcast spraying is up to you but a mask is not required on the product label. You will want to make sure you are spraying on a non windy day to reduce drift or risk of blow back onto you. Products like GrazonNext would be toxic to an animal were it to drink it or consume it while its wet, same as most products on the market. Once its dried and had time to absorb into the plants you are targeting, there would not be solution left for the animal to consume in a way that would be harmful.
