So in march I apply Scott’s feed, weed, and bug control. Can I still apply centipede 15-0-15 in June?

Usually you would do treatments every 6 weeks or so. If you didn't have any slow release fertilizer in the fertilizer applied and it has been a month, you can apply Ferti-Lome Centipede Lawn Fertilizer 15-0-15 now.
