Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate can be applied at the same time as new seed as long as it is applied during cooler times of day (when temps are below 80).
Per the product label for Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate, when treating for surface insects you would want to delay watering for 24 hours after application. For subsurface insect control (mole crickets, grubs), you would water the treated area with additional 1/4 to 1/2 inch of water after application for optimum results. This should be done as close to application as possible.
The best time to apply Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate for mosquitoes is in the early morning or late evening. It is recommended to thoroughly wet the grass down a few hours before applying. Keep pets and people out of the area during application and until the area is fully dry. You may apply Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Concentrate to the foliage of ornamental trees, shrubs and bushes directly. Do not apply the product directly on top of the lawn or areas where the granules have been applied.
