    Will Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate kill cluster fly larvae?
    A

    Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate is not labeled for cluster fly larvae nor flies in general and we are not able to find any product that would work on the larvae.  I did find a Penn State article here that might help.  We also have a guide for How to Get Rid of Cluster Flies.

    How long do I wait before planting flowers and seeds in my flower beds after applying Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate?

    There is no wait time between applying Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate and planting flowers or seeds since one is an insecticide and one is a herbicide.

    How much Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate do I use in a 3.8 gal sprayer for ticks?

    Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate is mixed at 1.5 fl oz per gallon of water for every 240 sq ft of lawn for surface insects such as ticks. You will need to mix 4.5 fl oz to 3 gallons of water for 3,000 sq ft of area.

    How much water do I add if I am using 6oz of Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate to treat for ticks?
    A

    For heavy infestations of ticks in lawn areas, you will use 6 oz. of Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate per gallon of water per 240 square feet. 

    To treat around the perimeter of the home including the foundation and structure, ornamental trees, shrubs, and bushes, mix 1.5 fl oz per gallon of water and spray a 3-ft. band up and out from the side of the foundation. Please review the product label before applying.

    Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate is not labeled for fungus gnats. Talstar P would be a better option.

    Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate is mixed at the rate of 1.5 fl oz (3 Tbsp) in 1 gallon of water per 300 sq ft. Apply when insects appear or when damage occurs. Spray to wet all infested plant surfaces

    Can Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate be added to potting soil to control ants in my giant peace lily?

    Spectracide Triazicide may be used for ant control in soil for Lawns, Flower & Vegetable Gardens, Fruit & Nut Trees, Ornamental Trees & Shrubs as long as you are following the instructions on the product label, however, this product is not specifically labeled for containerized plants. It is labeled for outdoor use only.     Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate is best applied in the morning before temperatures reach above 80-85 degrees.  Temperatures can be higher than this later in the day you just do not want to apply when they are.

    How long after rain can Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate be sprayed on the lawn? Grass is still a little wet from the rain last night, does it need to be completely dry?

    It is recommended that applications of Spectracide Triazicide Once & Done Insect Killer Concentrate be done when the lawn is not saturated and there is no standing water or puddles any where in the lawn.
