I've spent thousands of dollars in the past for monthly services by a pest control company until it just got to be too costly. I've been trying to keep the bane of my Florida existence eradicated with EcoSmart but it only kills on contact and doesn't eradicate pesky roaches. I found this stuff online but this site had the best price and after reading the reviews thought I try it. Boy am I glad I did! We did 2 full inside/outside treatments a week apart and they are dead, eradicated, and history! Plan on doing my own monthly pest control for a very small fraction of what the professionals charge.

Been using Suspend SC for three years. Outdoors, bees building nests are a problem. After pressure washing under my carport, covered patios, porches and soffets, I mix (according to package directions) Suspend SC in a pump sprayer and apply to cleaned surfaces. That's it - no more bees' nests, spiders, etc. I do this annually. Indoors, I mix according to directions in a hand-held pump spray bottle and treat baseboards throughout my home. That's it - no staining and no bugs. I do this whenever I see bugs. My last treatment has bee over two years ago.

We were planning an outdoor party for my 6 year old granddaughter but unfortunately the mosquitoes in my backyard were out of control. I found this site on youtube and after reading several reviews I decided to order the Suspend SC. OMG, this stuff is awesome. I sprayed all of my bushes and plants and 2 weeks later the mosquitoes are still a thing of the past. Because it is so close to fall I probably won't spray again, but next year I will get started early using the Suspend

I live within city limits of Philadelphia and there are roaches (water bugs) everywhere outside. It's just a part of life in the city. I sprayed the perimeter of my house along with the curb line, around all grass edging and sewer inlets. I also sprayed my neighbors property never expecting to eradicate the pest but hoping to control them. It's been a few weeks and I never see them on my property. If you walk 3 doors down you will see them but never on my property

I spray the soffits, windows and siding of our two summer homes at the beginning of the season to prevent spiders from nesting and to minimize mosquitos and other sundry insects. OUTSTANDING RESULTS FULL SEASON! With a single application, no spiders or other insects. The only downside to this is the accumulation of bazillions of "No See 'Ems" at the base of windows. These little critters are attracted to lights in the evenings and have a 24-hour life cycle anyhow. A garden hose periodically takes care of this little indignity. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

Suspend SC was very effective in control of the stink bug infestation on my property. I only wish that it would kill on contact. I know these little stinkers are tough, but Suspend SC took them out within a minute or two. I would liked to have seen them die instantly. Also provided a kill zone where they tried to enter. It will take another year, or so I've read, to get rid of them completely, but Suspend SC , I feel, will get the job done.

I had hundreds if not a thousand box elder bugs invading my house I had just moved in to. I tried Malathion, it stunk up the neighborhood and although it did kill some, it hardly made a dent. Then I bought Suspend SC with the sprayer. Sprayed it the first day, the bugs were dead all over my front porch and rooftop on the second floor. I was amazed, I sprayed a second day just for good measure - no more bugs, what a relief! Box Elders are annoying, stink and get into my house, but not anymore I am bug free:) thanks Suspend SC:)

We live in Arizona. We bought this product after the spray company we were using wasn't giving us good results for cricket, spider, and scorpion control. Crickets were running around everywhere, which was inviting for the scorpions. I have been using this product for 3 years now and don't have any problems - period. I spray every 2 to 3 months and have excellent control. Crickets are a thing of the past, which eliminates the food source for the scorpions. Very happy customer and buying from DomyOwnPestControl is problem free and easy.

I moved from Florida to upstate S.C. several years ago and my home was infested with german roaches. I immediately waged war against the invaders and had tried every pest control product I could find in the local stores. Nothing worked until I used the Suspend. The kill off was immediate and I followed with Advion roach bait afterwards. For the first time in three years I am roach free and will continue to use the Suspend along with the bait. If you are having a constant battle with the bugs, try this; you won't regret it because it most definitely works.

We live in a valley that is also backed by woods. I just ordered Suspend SC this year to use for asian beetles. Every year since we moved into our older house they would come about this time (the first couple weeks of october) and they literally cover the outside of our home. They get into everything, our laundry, light fixtures, food, etc. They stink and stain everything. The only way we could do anything was by vacuuming them. But I told my husband I wasn't ruining another $500 vacuum because of this problem anymore. I did some research and found this site (sooo glad) because a few days ago we sprayed the entire outside of the house, especially the windows. As I sit here right now typing, there are no lady bugs entering my house! Last year at this time I would already have my vacuum out. I went outside and looked on the house and there are hardly any landing on the spray, and those that do seem to be dying quickly. I cannot thank this site enough. I am deadly afraid of spiders and get them bad in my basement as well, but after reading other reviews I guess I won't be worry about those either!

Our house is in the woods and we have a variety of unwanted pests. We have tried several pest control sprays, but have found Bayer Suspend SC is the best, it is awesome. Why? It lasts two times longer than ordinary liquid concentrates while leaving no visible residue. We found out that it is safe for day care use, man -made botanical based. We spray our 2, 900 square foot home (inside and out) and my husbands 1,400 square foot shop quarterly for pest control and are extremely pleased with the lasting results. After application I sweep up dead critters until we spray again.

We had a major infestation of boxelder bugs in our maple tree. I had tried everything and after searching found this. It worked! The only problem we have now is that the tree is so huge that they have migrated to the very most upper branches which I can't reach (over 50' up) but they are certainly in control. Dead ones on the porch, none on the porch rails, none in the grass/sidewalk, none on the tree so I declare victory! Thank you too for your great service.

For many living in Hawaii, unwanted cockroaches, centipedes, ants (black and red), spiders, wasps, flies, mosquitoes, etc. are a real nuisance and present a real danger to safe island living. After exhaustive use of over-the-counter insect sprays, sticky roach traps, baited ant traps, electrical insect traps, etc., over many years, my law partner turned me on to Suspend SC. This product is excellent. It amazingly continues to be effective for at least 3 months after each application. It's been a blessing for keeping our home free of unwanted critters here in paradise.

We have a motel in Northern Oklahoma. We also have a very large park and botanical gardens adjacent to us. Over the past 5 years we have had 4 different pest control companies service our motel. Then come in and are out in a flash. I have walked behind them and their application of bug killer is so small and in so few places, that I figured out why we constantly had bugs. We also have bed bug problems in the winter months. Lots of transients. They wanted $800.00 per room extra for bed bugs. We purchased Suspend SC a year ago, no more bugs. When housekeeping finds a bed-bug, we strip the bed, and spray the bed, bed frame, mattress (both sides) and headboard with suspend. No more bed-bugs! FOr the occasional roach from food left in the rooms, and sometimes around the in-room coffee makers, we use Advion. Works flawlessly. Roaches gone! For the folks that give Suspend SC bad reviews, I can only assume you are not following the outstanding videos and instructions on this web site and the label. Follow the instructions and be bug free! If it works in a motel, it surely will work in a home or apartment!!!

Used a number of products over the years with fairly good results. We have two dogs that spend a lot of time in the woods and while they both get a bath every couple of weeks and regular individual treatments, fleas are always a problem. This year we tried what we had been using and it just did not seem to knock them back. Resistance to what we had been using, who knows. The day after spraying both dogs showed marked lower scratching and rolling around trying to scratch that itch. Two days latter it was like there was never a problem. I sprayed around the house about 10' out which doesn't come close to the 40 acres the dogs roam on. Also sprayed all around the walls on the inside with the smaller mix ratio recommended. Bottom line, while expensive it seems to work better this year that what we had been using. Wood Scorpions are also always a problem for us living in the woods and it seems to have knocked them off as well.

First off, shipping was fast and the site was easy to buy from. The number of good reviews sold me. For the product, just WOW! I used 1 oz/gallon to spray a 2ft perimeter around my house due to an infestation of Box Elder Bugs. The next morning the driveway was covered with them, all dead or dying! I don't have kids so I also wiped the inside perimeter of all the lower windows, and it's like I put a bug-bomb off in those areas. It's been a week and it's still killing them. I'm actually getting annoyed by it's effectiveness now, since I'm sweeping 75+ bugs off the drive every day. I'm not exaggerating, I've been counting the fresh corpses daily!

July-Aug is always the period that I would see so many spider webs around the patio furniture, as well as have insects entering my home. The stuff I would get from Lowe's and HD, simply did not work. This product was sprayed all around the exterior of my home, including up the walls and doors 2-3 feet, and around all patio areas and furniture. I have seen almost no signs of any webs, and am very impressed. I will be reapplying it in the next week [will have been 4 wks then from first application] to maintain the control of spiders and bugs. The price was about the same as what I use to pay monthly when I had a pest service. But you use very little of the product in one application. So worth the money, and amazed how well it has worked.

I used a professional pest control company for about a year with less than desired results. It seems they barely spray enough to get the job done poorly. I had to keep calling every 3 or so weeks. About 2 years ago I decided I could do a better job than they could...and I was right. Suspend SC rocks, but I did have to ding it 1 star for not being a great ant killer in my experience. Like someone else mentioned, it kills them if you spray it on them but the residual does not in my experience, I will have to get something else from this site apparently to deal with ants. However, this Suspend SC kills just about everything else lol, I love it. I have very large Spiders of all sorts and it kills them in such large numbers (probably 95% of them) how could I not be thrilled about this product (I hate spiders)? Really my 4 star review of this product is very conservative, it's about a 4.5-5 star product, forget paying a company more to kill less than I can. I like to spray a medium concentration once a month and that seems to do the trick (first spray of every year gets 1.5oz/gallon though, also in September and October when the Spiders try to get inside). Like I said this would be a 5 star review but the lack of killing power of ants drops it slightly to a 4 star, but if you use something else specifically for ants then consider this a 5 star review. It is hard to expect a product to kill critter you hate, but this stuff comes extremely close minus the ants like I said. Have been using this stuff for 2 years and will continue to do so, bet you can't find a better general pest control product, one that kills as many critters as Suspend SC does.

SUSPEND SC is an EXCELLENT product. We switched to Suspend SC after we spoke with a professional pest control specialist about 2 years ago concerning the best do-it-yourself pest control product. Over the course of the past 2 years we have utilized Suspend SC, the pests have been practically non-existent or dead by the time we see them. We also have Golden Retrievers and a cat so the fact this is a pet safe product (once dry) is also very important to us and I spray our fence line monthly so fleas/ticks are non-existent on our property as well. I highly recommend this cheap and highly effective pest control product. Grapevine, TX

We purchased this in a smaller bottle based on the recommendation of a friend and came back to get the gallon size after we were so pleased with the outcome! Our main goal was fewer mosquitoes on our property and this product did not disappoint. We find it's useful to spray about once a month especially if you are getting a lot of rain. We were pleasantly surprised to read that some people used it to keep carpenter bees away. After having an especially bad time with those this year, we gave it a shot and sprayed once around our trouble spots (new wood that was too green to be painted or stained) and it worked perfectly! The wood is covered and we haven't noticed a single bee since the initial spray. I doubt we'll need to spray again, but even if we do it's nice to know how long this will last for carpenter bees.

This product was referred to me by a friend who swears by this product. I live in a new development and have a ton of spiders outside my house. I have had the best control people at my house every 2 weeks for the last 5 months. I followed the directions to the tee, I went out and sprayed all around my house and along the patio where there are hundreds, a few days later I went back there to check if there was any spiders, and It was as if I never sprayed. I am seriously ready to sell my house. My daughter is allergic to spiders and I don't know what to do. Im going to try to spray again today, but I don't have big hopes. Sorry

Don't be discouraged! Spiders are a bit hardier than insects because they do not groom themselves and therefor do not ingest the insecticide. That means that insecticides can take a while to eliminate them. When treating for spiders it is important to note that spraying alone will not eliminate them entirely, you must work to eliminate their food source (bugs), and make some small changes around your home to remove their harborage. This is an excellent product! I began using it about two years ago when I was informed by my pest control contractor that it was the pesticide used by his company which coincided with another rate hike. At the time I was paying in excess of $150 monthly for pest control to my home and business. I found this great web site and they promptly sent a bottle to me at a reasonable price. We live in Florida so you know the pests are everywhere....we do not have any roaches, earwigs, nor other creepy crawlers. I spray every other month. Very safe to use this product around pets inside and out, just be careful not to spray where they get it on their feet. Again, excellent product; great price; and fast USPS mailing by this great company....Save money by doing it your self! Small bottle goes a long way.! I highly recommend this company and product.

Excellent product. In the Mid-Atlantic, the stink bugs have become a huge problem - this product works on them. Don't bother with the "traps" that are being sold. Trust me, I wasted my money on one at Lowes and after 4 weeks, not a single stink bug entered (despite there being many, many that landed 2-3 feet from the trap!). Suspend SC is the way to go...assuming the labeling is truthful, there is seemingly no down-side (in terms of hazards to people or pets). Just a few days after application, I began to notice a drop-off in the number of stink bugs, crickets, ants, and spiders I was seeing in and around the house...plenty of dead/dying ones, but very few live ones. When I did see a live one, I was pretty sure it was soon to be dead. I don't normally write these reviews, but this product works.

I bought this product to use on roaches. I have an appliance business, and i recently brought home a dishwasher for my wife that was infested. We did the usual boric acid, no results. I went as far as getting food grade DE, no results. Out of severe frustration losing this battle, i turned to domyownpestcontrol.com and found suspend sc. When i ordered it i had read the quick knockdown mixing instructions. Product arrived in 3 days, i mixed the quick knockdown solution in my 1 gallon sprayer. Sprayed entire baseboard perimiter in the kitchen, pulled kickplates off of the dishwasher, sprayed front to back under dishwasher, up and down both sides, found opening running off dishwasher hole going under cabinet and doused the underside of the cabinet also. Sprayed under sink, down in the crack in the boards where the pipes come out. Soaked under the fridge and behind it and the freestanding ice maker. All this being said, we went from seeing 10 to 12 on our countertops every time we turned the lights on in the kitchen, to only seeing 1 or 2 in a 24 hour period. This is within 7 days. We are currently 2 weeks out and see 1 or 2 every other day, mind you, these are on counter top where you do not apply spray. At the moment the invasion has been thwarted! I do expect the gestation period of 30 to 60 days to yeild me some babies, but i see no reason that they will not be controlled with the initial spraying. Suspend sc is designed to work up to 3 months, so this should be enough to take care of any babies or stragglers. Remember to know your pest, roaches love warmth and moisture, they live in a nest, so i also attribute the success to being able to properly find the nest and really take them out. Thank you suspend sc for keeping them from the rest of my home! Just made me want to puke! J.parker

I have a rental property that was vacated and left with a roach problem. I knew that the junk at the home stores was a temporary fix and that the exterminators are very expensive and want you to sign contracts to continue service, so I decided to go to the internet. I read the reviews for Suspend SC and the rating of 4.7 and thought it was the product for me. WRONG! After correct measurement of product and spraying THOROUGHLY, there is still a roach problem. I had wanted the roaches to be gone, dead, as I need to rerent the property. I contacted Do My Own Pest Control to get a replacement product and a refund on this product that doesn't work (for roaches) and was told by Jill (a supervisor) that it will take months to work... Who wants to wait months to be rid of roaches?? It looks like due to the purchase of this product that I will be loosing a month of rental income as no one wants to move into a roach motel! BTW, the company does not stand behind their product. They WOULD NOT send me any replacement product that would eliminate roaches nor refund my money. Needless to say a VERY bad and expensive experience! I will NOT use this company again. Big mistake on their part, as I own a Property Management Company managing over 200 properties. Big mistake.

I am a landlord and I will not tolerate ANY bugs of any kind. Lets face it, the myth of "if you have roaches you must be dirty"..not true! They can be carried in from the best of people hiding in laundry baskets, boxes, purses etc. or even the house next door (have had that happen too). I have very clean apartments so if someone says..."I saw a roach" I called Orkin to spray. Problem is, they want to set you up on a very long maintainance program that costs over $100 per visit. We bought this product and I actually bought 2 pint sized to have extra just in case and the product that sterilizes them and had the cost of one trip from Orkin and I will have lots of product to use for a long time to come. By the way,,,we did use it because we bought a used fridge from an appliance store and carried some in (ugh!) and it quickly took care of the issue. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. The phone operators are super helpful too.Top notch products.

This is the same stuff my bug man uses. He showed me a near empty bottle on his rig. So I bought some. I pay him $26/Mo as I've been with them about 10 years now. I'll keep him. His normal new accts start at $45. This bottle I bought probably has two years usage in it compared to his spraying. What I see is dead roaches big and small around the house and doorways. Selcdome do I see one in the house. Of those that do get in, they are dead right away as they contaminate themselves crossing the pesticide barrier causing death. How long it takes cause death I can't say. My chicken and songbirds eat the dead bugs with no noticeable harm. I don't find roaches in the house. Day or night. I wonder when I see the dead ones( so many) am I going to get them inside but in ten years. ,no bugs except the one rarely that is only seen once as he's dead in short order. The bug man sprays a wet barrier around base of house, both sides of the threshold ( doorway) and along baseboards. Just wet it, don't wash it down, just a wet line about 3-5" ought to do it. Hasen't hurt my dog. Be extremely careful around fish, ponds, waterways. It's bad for fish and aquatic life.

I have used SC Suspend over 3 years. The problem were the Scorpions and removing their food source here in NM. SC Suspend also kills the pesky Scorpions and their food source. Tried Home Defense and Triazicide. They worked but only for 2 months. And there was always a Scorpion somewhere. May be 2 or 3 ayear would get inside the house (living area's). And in the Garage the doors never really are bug tight. And there was always a Scorpion looking for warmth in the late fall or early spring. Warm evenings very cool nites. So there heat seeking abilities would direct them to the back door. And they would get there, over 20ft.. With SC Suspend they only make it about 3 to 4 feet into the Garage before they die. It has been over a year since we have had a Scorpion in the house. I spray the Garage, the Soffets, Doors and Windows, up the side of the house 4ft., and 4 ft. from the side of the house. I even spray the the bathroom vent fan up into the attic. I have sealed the bottom corners of the entry doors to the house. The rule is if the opening is as narrow as a dime they will get in.

I have to tell you that I had been fighting roaches in my house for a couple of years only thinning them out never actually getting rid of them completely. That is until I found this site did some research and reading and I ordered this with Gentrol IGR Concentrate, Advion Roach Bait Gel, and VectorFog DH1 Gel Bait Gun, all was received on the 27th of January of 2016. I used all products as directed and I have not had one single German roach return to this house since. I was so impressed and also noted that it is for outside pest as well that I sprayed my yard the same weekend and my mutt would only get a flea every now and then when he actually escaped when the door was opened. None form the yard until this year; however, I still have no roaches and the flea problem is because of my new neighbors that have two large dogs in their yard and let's just say they seem to not take the best of care of them and they live outside only. So now I my mutt is infested once again and I grabbed my bottle of Suspend SC and mixed up a batch and to the yard I went. Well I have been buying the typical Lowes sprayers at around 50 bucks and they only make it two summers if that long. Well I just am fed up with buying plastic junk from China and added up what I have spent on sprayers over the last 5 years and this also includes a 160 buck back pack sprayer. Well the cost of wasted money for the junk added up to way more than the B&G sprayer I just ordered form you guys and I love the fact it is all steel and brass parts and made in the USA! I should have done this when I bought from you all the first go round but I decided to give this one last brand a try. You guessed it I might as well have just took that money and stuck it in my PIT and watch it burn, I shall not have that issue again as I do take care of my equipment and it is cleaned thoroughly after each use when done not the next day. Funny how that works and I guess I should also mention that I live in a bug infested state. Louisiana, we do have more than our share of insects! So now if you are having any doubts on this product I say slap yourself and just buy it, you will not regret it, period! I will after a couple of uses leave review more of technical nature on the sprayer of how it performs and functions once I have truly used the product to do so!
