We couldn't use our gazebo because the gnats would swarm us. I sprayed Talspar and we rarely even see a gnat. That was 2 weeks ago and still no gnats.

Isn't effective on gnats, or fruit flies. Applied as directed for initial control and a week later for proactive control. Did not effect gnats, the product controlled houseflies and other insects, but was not effective on gnats/fruit flies.

Works good for Ants, does pretty good on Mosquitoes but has not made any noticable impact on Gnats. I was referred to this product while doing a search on Gnat control. I have sprayed once a week since I received the product. Probably won't buy again as this same control can be accomplished with triazicide granules and apllied faster and with less gear.

We have very aggressive gnats during hot, dry spells. This product was recommended, but seemed to only put a dent in the problem for a day or two. I know gnats can be a tough target, but please say this.

two applications exact by directions did nothing to anything. gnats even ate it up.

Went from mosquito infested to completely gone overnight. Didn't do much for gnats.

I Purchased this and mix as directed. It did get rid of mosquitoes, however, there are tons of little gnats all over the place at this does nothing for. Biting gnats and overall annoying little flies that this chemical had no impact on. Would opt for something else that will take care of everything

Great product! Bought for getting rid of mosquitos and it did the job! Love being able to enjoy the yard with out getting bit. It did not get rid of the gnats like it did the mosquitos but definitely helped customer service was great in recommending another product for the gnats I'm excited to try it out!

I used it for gnats and mosquitos. Seems to work good. I cautioned on the less is more side and still got good results. Would recommend!

This is a great all around insecticide. I'm going to keep this around for semi-annual spraying for everything from Asian Beetles, Box elders to gnats and mosquitos. Good directions.

This is the most effective chemical I've used in the greenhouse on my gnats and whiteflies. I lost a lot of plants before your customer service representative advise me to get it for use against Japanese beetles.

So far so good. This product was recommended by someone in the business for diy projects. We have been run off our outside living area in the past and have been looking for a reasonable solution. I am pleased to this point but time will tell.

The professional pest manager told me about Talstar. Sprayed my entire yard, 3 acres, last Saturday to control gnats, mosquitos and horse flies. I'm near to the Tennessee River where it's swampy so mosquitos have been really bad. On Sunday I was working in my yard and noticed there weren't swarms of gnats or horse flies. First time this summer my wife and I were able to relax on the patio without donating a couple pints of blood. Not sure how long it will last but I'll reapply when bugs return. Much more effective then malathion.

In my yard I have had a hard time with gnats mosquitoes and wasps. I bossa started seeing spiders and ants. Within two hours of using this the nuts are almost completely gone and by the next day I have seen no more wasps. So far it seems to be working great.

I have a major fungus gnat infestation on my 50+ houseplants. I had previously used soaps and regular pyrethrin, as well as sticky traps and nematodes in the soil. Unfortunately most treatments for the larvae were applied via saturating the soil, which was an ideal environment for the gnats. My infestation was slowly increasing so I upped the attack. I repotted all the plants with promix, top dressed with coarse sand to deter the adults from laying in the moist soil. I saturated the promix with Gnatrol (BT) for the larvae, Added more sticky traps, and sprayed Talstar to kill the remaining adults. With the multiple methods used it's hard to say what is working, but I have a 90% reduction in adult gnats on the traps and in the air. 2 of my 5 diffenbachias and one peace lilly have wilted a bit, but that could be attributed to the stress of repotting and possibly the BT. All the other plants are doing well.

I applied Talstar P on my lawn, using a 26 gallon sprayer, mounted on the back of my tractor. Prior to the application, my yard was infested with mosquitos and gnats. After the application, my yard is free of all insects. I will definitely use this product again.

Awesome stuff! Sprayed the perimeter of our cabin and gnats, spiders, wasps, and all those other flying critters stay away! We even had yellow jackets coming and going under the house and we couldn't get specifically to the nest. We much have gotten close those, because they were dropping like "flies". This is even economical when mixed to specifications. Worth every cent.

Purchased this to try and knock down some of the bugs surrounding the house as well as the pesky gnats and mosquitoes. I have noticed that there are not as many as before. Seems to be working pretty good. The container is easy to measure and then mix. Happy so far with this product

With just the first application of spraying the bushes and yard, I noticed a significant difference in the insect/pest activity including beetles, gnats, mosquitos and ants. Cut down on all of the lizards running around since it cut off their food chain. Very happy!

Used it on my grass and bushes first to control the mosquitoes and gnats. A week later, I was in my yard and not bothered by any insects. However, I began to notice a lot of mosquitoes clinging to the siding on the front of my house. I sprayed the siding around the windows and door. No more mosquitoes! This product works great!

I have been struggling with little white gnats in my backyard door for years and felt I had tried everything. I applied the Telstar P Professional Insecticide and the results were almost immediate. The key is to be sure to reapply and follow the directions. I especially liked the measurement section of the bottle. I will be reordering today!

The black flies (buffalo gnats) were so bad I could not go into my one acre shade garden. Talstar P all but illiminated the black flies and mosquito's. It's also great for in home pests. Super fast shipping and great price.

Great stuff. After mixing according to directions, I sprayed using the sprayer I ordered at the same time. I no longer see spiders, mole crickets, ants, and the gnat problem has been greatly diminished. I recommend this product.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to use Talstar P for my spotted lantern fly infestation they were in the nymph stage. I also had a big issue with mosquitos and gnats in my backyard. I can't say enough great things about this product. It took two treatments and my backyard is bug free! I usually don't leave reviews but this is such a great product it was a must.

This stuff is awesome, I sprayed everything from ants to wasp and gnats to spiders it killed them all. I used 5oz to 4 gallons of water but the directions say 1 for 1 I wanted to make sure to kill the all. I had Orkin spraying(if you can call it that) but it never really work but Talstar P kills and keeps killing. BTY I fired Orkin.

I mixed Talstar by directions around my dog pins and in the underbrush behind them. I haven't seen any ants, mosquitoes, or knats for two weeks. It has been raining for two days now, I will see how it does when it stops. DM

Researched products to fight the mosquitoes in northern MN. This spray was suggested and this website had the product. Ordering was quick and easy. Sprayed product in the morning at the maximum concentration suggested and mosquitoes were gone by the evening. After almost 2 weeks, we have hardly any gnats, mosquitoes, or flies in our yard. Walk down the driveway away from the sprayed area and you are immediately attacked by swarms. I will not hesitate to keep this product handy and spray again when needed.
